Fitness Playlist to Help You Meet Your 2018 Fitness Goals!

So far this week has been the best I’ve had in a while! Not for any particular reason, other than the fact that my Sunday was insanely productive and I finally feel like I got back into a solid routine. Does anyone else ever have those “Super Sundays” where you somehow find motivation to getΒ everything done, and when Monday rolls around you just feel 100% better?! It was much needed over here, that’s for sure.

 

One of the things that I’ve been focusing on more and more is my new fitness routine – which consists of doing cardio at my office gym a few days a week intermixed with a few Pure Barre classes as well for toning! It’s definitely a lot to take on but I’ve never felt better and can’t wait to start seeing (even more) results.

 

 

The thing that has really been getting me through such an intense workout routine, though, has definitely been my music! Some days I catch up on a show, but I always get the best results when I’ve got a motivating playlist on. I wanted to share the one I’ve been listening to non-stop in case anyone else is in need of a little bit of an extra push for some of those New Year’s Resolution workouts!
